Great place to stay! The hotel is nice and quiet although still located central to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff is amazing and are more than happy to help with anything you need. Affordable stay and overall great experience ☺️

We expected more from the accommodations (no window, too basic) since we didn’t see any pictures of the rooms it was a surprise when we finally arrived. However, the staff was so pleasant, efficient and aiming to please and helpful it more than made up for the room deficiencies.

The people at front desk so nice and helpful the room very clean and quiet also comes with free breakfast. The only complaint is you cannot park motorcycle there but everything else was perfect

Small hotel situated between 2 buildings in a dark alley. Sounds like the light at the end of the tunnel. But it is. Sound proofs rooms which allow you to rest from the hectic surroundings which is the old quarter, its restaurants and streets performances. The staffs are super friendly. Need anything? Ask Tracy, Rosie, Leo and the staff and they will help you. Don’t know what to do? Ask Cloudy and her sister Tracy. They will suggest awesome locations to go visit. The hotel provides breakfast. And You can also request for laundry. Provides free WIFI. Make up and clean your room everyday. Another plus, they match Grab price for taxi. So if ever you need to reserve a taxi and you don’t know if at a certain hour, there will be Grab this solution helps and you avoid also to wait. The area has good restaurants to choose from. Furthermore, there’s a pharmacy, convenience store, atm around it, if needed. The hotel also does money exchange. Overall, a convenient place to stay if you’re in Hanoi.

The best asset of this hotel is the customer service you get especially from Tracy. Tracy went above and beyond. She was pleasant , professional, kind and super helpful. She had breakfast arranged for us because we have to leave before breakfast hours is available.

Halte à Hanoï

Halte d'une nuit entre Sapa et Cat Ba . Hotel dans une zone très animée, cependant la chambre était calme car l'hotel est au fond d'une allée. Chambre très correcte pour le prix, leger bemol sur la fenêtre qui donne sur un mur mais pas vraiment gênant. Petit déjeuner parfait.

It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city

Had a great stay at Cosy Inn in the heart of Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. Originally booked a “superior double” which we found to be very small but we were able to upgrade to a “deluxe double” for small price difference. If you have the choice, book the larger room! Nice breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. You won’t be sorry booking here.

This hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter! It was right in the middle of everything, but tucked back into an alleyway so that it was still quiet at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a very nice view of the city.
