"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The facility is conveniently located and offers a great variety of amenities for travelers. I especially appreciated the fitness room as it was well equipped and provided plenty of workout options, making it easy to maintain my routine while traveling.
What stood out most was the helpful staff. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some items behind. The staff was extremely helpful in locating my belongings and assisting me after I had already departed. Their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
Between the convenient location, excellent amenities, well-equipped fitness room, and wonderful staff, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again."
"The room was very clean and very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was actually worth getting up for with plenty of choices. Plenty of parking on property. Check in was quick, check out was even quicker. Close to basically everything you need with a quick drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again when in the area."
"The hotel seems very clean. The rooms are large. Bed and pillows comfortable. Furniture could use an update. The bathroom was the only real downside. The shower arm was very loose, so you could not adjust showerhead, and the shower squealed very loudly. Which was annoying as I arrived after 11pm and was worried about disturbing the other guests. Breakfast started at 530 am. That was nice since I had to leave early Breakfast was a nice spread there was eggs, seasoned breakfast potatoes and surprisingly good sausage links. There was waffles and cereals as well. Also the staff was very friendly and you can tell they enjoy having you as a guest."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minneapolis – West End by IHG
8/10 Good
"Wonderful staff, reasonable location, great shower, looked like a decent breakfast, decent price, danged annoying $5/night parking fee for an out-of-the-way property that's not likely subject to random people using their lot, weirdly furnished room. Nominally a suite, it feels for all the world like a remodel tore out all of the original furniture and decor, and replaced it with stuff about 50% too small - little TV, little couch, lots of scattered "bought as a set" furniture, lots of empty space."

10/10 Excellent
"All the staff were very pleasant, smiles all around. The pool was great, a little cold for our taste but that’s just personal opinion. The room was clean. We plan to return!"
