"Great hotel! Clean. I love a modern bathroom. Loved the lack of carpeting and dark grey wood floors. Didn’t get to use the pool but I’ll return to rate that too!"
"Parking of $25/day was unannounced and confusing with the little entry/exit gates. I hesitated to go in and out because the garage access/exit was so bad.
there were hardly no amenities, refrigerator, micro-wave, etc."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport
2/10 Terrible
"The rooms were very dirty there were many roaches to staff was absolutely horrible I was told that I could not stay another night because there were new king beds so I booked a queen room they sent the manager down who kicked me out and called the police for no other reason than I booked online and I went over the receptionist head I would not take my dogs back there the funny thing is there's cameras all throughout the motel but everything that they were accusing me of they couldn't go and check worst day of my life"
"Had a clean room and nice view.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, albeit a bit on the cold side rather than hot.
There was a big youth group staying and were very rowdy, made noisy into late nite and put their garbage at my door.
I had to checkout at 5am and was unable to rest"
"Hotel was in a great location for a family getaway. Staff was great. The hotel had some minor issues but was very happy to be there. No continental breakfast or on site parking, but plenty of options for those nearby."
"Our stay was just average. Basic amenities. We specifically chose this hotel because of location to what our weekend plans were, but also because it had an indoor pool. However, we were very disappointed that it was so cold! Any hotel we have ever been to at least heats the indoor pool. The shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, everything was just ok. Probably would not stay at a Sonesta property again. But it was adequate for just one night."
