Nice staff. Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is ok (eggs loose as I like them) lacks lactose-free options. Nice with pool and sauna (missing a small gym) There is potential for improvement: The rooms are starting to get worn, for example in the Suite, bent hoses in the shower/bathtub feel unfresh, toilet seat unfresh.

Søvnkvaliteten dårlig.

Toiletterne for lave

Vi har nydt at bo hos jer en nat. Vi har dog 1 kritikpunkt, at når vi er 180 og 183 så er toiletterne meget lave. Og er det ikke muligt at ændre på det, så få sat et håndtag på væggen så det er til for vi gamle at rejse os fra toilettet. Dette kan gøre at vi ikke kommer igen.

Meget medium ..

Montra Hotel, startede med at der ikke var redt op til 2 personer på vores værelse, og der var ikke sengetøj eller håndklæder. Ingen badekåber, ingen badetøfler Ingen Shampoo, ingen sæbe, ingen toiletartikler - og der var ingen badehåndklæder, til trods for det er et hotel med svimmingpool indendørs. Svimmingpool området fremstod pænt, men der var ingen sæbe til afvaskning på trods af det er en del af reglerne for at bruge poolen. Man kunne "leje" ekstra håndklæser til 20 pr pr stk, og det var igen ikke badehåndklæder, men almindelige størrelser. For små 2000 kr for 1 nat i et stort værelse syntes jeg det var for dyrt også set ift der ingen service var, bortset fra spørgsmålet om det havde været et godt ophold, da vi forlod hotellet, - Montra skal justere på deres priser ift service niveauet
