"Beautiful location and excellent pub restaurant. The building is on the older side and we had to change rooms after not sleeping during the night due to a clanking noise in the ceiling. The front desk agent Noyal was great and changed (upgraded) our room immediately. The Spa was very clean and i had a fabulous massage. U Overall, a very nice hotel if you want to visit Yosemite National Park."

"Great location for Yosemite Valley, however that is where the perks of this hotel finish. The staff are not helpful, we had a smell of Gas in the room and maintenance did very little, there was no remorse from the staff, they eventually moved us as we refused to stay in the room we were in. The rooms dated, need updating. The restaurants close at 8pm and have a limited menu."

"First experience wasn’t great as the staff member that checked us in wasn’t at all helpful. This instantly created a negative impact on the start of our trip. We could hear another staff member being very welcoming, super friendly and giving his guests lots of useful information, it was just unfortunate we got someone who clearly couldn’t be bothered making even the smallest effort."

"Separate duplex cabins scattered on a forested hillside. Rustic stairs between facilities can be challenging for older people. Very quiet. Good food and varied menu, but noisy restaurant during peak hours."
