"The Cabin is beautiful they were just a few things that we had problems with. 1,The shower in the master bedroom water took forever to drain. 2, rollout Bed the mattress could be replaced we ended up not using it 3, they were a lot of spiders which is normal because your out in the forest 4,guest restroom to flush the toilet you had to hold it down. 5, and the Doors to all rooms creaked a lot which you could spray WD40. But overall the Cabin is Beautiful it was very stocked and love the deck...

I just would like to suggest that all information should be in binder as I had a few different conflicting check out information. Other than that it was just beautiful. Highly recommend! "

"This property was not ready to be rented. Was not worth the amount the nightly rate. Master shower leaked to downstairs. Garage disposals and dishwasher didn't work. Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep frozen. They had an indoor extension cord plug in outside and exposed to the weather. "

We chose this property at the last minute due to a decision to stay in Sedona for 2 more nights. Owner and rental agent both very accommodating, especially with a couple minor hiccups. Remedied immediately with effective and speedy communication! So close to the Sugarloaf trail!!! Ultimate question, would we rent again? Definitive YES!!!"
