"The hotel is not as 'glam' as you expect and most areas are rather dated and tatty (esp the room bathrooms). The room service menu is very limited and the eating areas are very old fashion. It's a great location, some lovely team (the barman up at the pool bar, and Emily in the
spa is fab). But overall I was rather disappointed. Stay and see what you think, but the hotel needs to 'raise it's game' to keep people returning. Think it's riding off of an old reputation. "

"The room is very nicely laid out and comfortable and there are a few different restaurants, bars and a cafe in the hotel. It's comfortable (and warm!), but not very well maintained - my room didn't have a safe, the toilet seat was falling off, the sink was blocked, no tea bags in the room, and there were cockroaches running around at night. The breakfast was definitely not worth US$33. It was pretty much a standard hotel buffet, but didn't even offer anything beyond tea and filter coffee, even...

"From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. Particular highlights are the cooked breakfast and the fact they serve really good coffee if you order the cafeteria. The rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and bed comfortable, thanks to Vivian's small touches. Breakfast was to die for and the staff in the dining room were very accomodating, friendly and professional. No job was too big for Spencer, the driver. He is a credit to this beautiful hotel. "

"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again
The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized. "
