Check in was easy and overall all the staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was AC was not working but they brought in a portable unit straight away. The room service breakfast was very substantial I had to remove some options when I ordered it. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Rooms look a little tired but ok. Garden was not well looked after. (cut trees not completely removed, uncut lawn) I had a beer at the poolbar around 12:45. Tables were not cleaned. This is the best hotel in Africa, the ambience, the service, the politeness of staff, the quality of food, the room, the bathroom, the gardens. I hope they don't get too busy as I definitely will always hope to stay here when I am in Harare. :)

Traffic situation in Harare. During pick hour. More traffic lights needed to control traffic. Sometimes Police were helping to contain situation. Haphazard parking in certain roads should be discouraged. Harare is a sun shine city

Sad to see this city fall into a semi lawless state with a government that doesn’t seem to see what a jewel the country can again become. Radical changes to improve the roads and utilities desperately needed.. tourism is its Lost’s income.
