"Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."

"Check in was very easy! They were very kind, the beds were very comfortable. The room was nice, but had some trash left in it when we checked in and the remote for the TV was missing the batteries. They could definitely benefit from getting some more towels in the rooms and some do not disturb signs for the rooms as well. The condition of the hotel was ok, kind of dumpy around the grounds. Stayed for a weekend and would stay again if we ever came back down to the area. "
