"This place is awful. Check-in is done through a kiosk where you talk to someone overseas who clearly has no connection to the property. There’s no real staff on site, no help if something goes wrong, and it feels sketchy from the start.
The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly not properly cleaned. Stained carpet, uncomfortable bed, loud AC, thin walls, and a bathroom that felt unhygienic. Sleeping here was not relaxing.
