"The rooms were in excellent condition despite being an extended stay property. The refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top were clean and in like new condition. Highway road noise can be an issue if you’re on the 4th floor facing the interstate. There is no ice machine but ice trays are in the freezer if choose to utilize them. The workout room is a plus with a nice TV, water cooler, towels, disinfectant. The single Queen size bed mattress was a little on the thin side and too firm. Overall the experience was pretty good for business travel. Property is close to stores, gas and restaurants."
"This is the best property in the St Louis area that I have stayed in.
It was spacious and had a great bathroom and shower.
The property layout and parking is great.
I wish I would have found this place earlier. I will absolutely stay at this property again.
Keep up the good work, Relax Inn!!"
"We could not believe that we showed up to free dinner and drinks... What?! We were so hungry and tired while moving from Utah to Kentucky and this was one of highlights of our road trip. The staff were so kind and helpful!"
"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty standard and the room for it was also nice and clean. My only issue was with the check-in and inattentive staff. I was given my room keys in a holder with room 100 written on it. When the key didn't work, the person who checked me in said I was actually in room 105. The next afternoon my keys wouldn't work again and had to be reprogrammed. At the same time the people checking in across from me in 104 also had bad keys. I suspect tat same check-in person programmed them for my room which disabled my keys."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Charles Historic District
8/10 Good
"Great breakfast and they had gluten free bagels and almond milk. I only have 4 stars because 7am lawn care is absurd. Already checking in late and being woke up at 7 by blowers right by the windows is unacceptable. And being told it is not up to them? It was on their property."
