"This location is under a major remodel. The pool which we chose so my kids could use it was full of construction debris. Most of the walkways had construction debris in them. One of rooms had the doors on the cabinet pulled off. Our mirror was just sitting on the floor."

"The complimentary breakfast was TERRIBLE. You all need to upgrade your breakfast foods. You serve powdered scrambled eggs, processed dehydrated potatoes, processed sausage, etc. The building was clean, employees nice and helpful. Again, the food was TERRIBLE. I can’t stay at the Comfort Suites ever again. The cost of the rooms wasn’t bad. However, not getting a decent breakfast meal along with it, that’s not good. I can’t refer anyone to Comfort Suites. "This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic slowed down, and before the sun came up. I asked to be moved to the other side of the hallway (away from the highway) for my second and third night, but they were fully booked. If you decide to stay here, request an EVEN NUMBERED room, and if you’re sensitive to light, a sleep mask. Rooms do have a nice little kitchenette and full sized refrigerator."

"Good, older hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. We had to go ask for clean towels and coffee. The free breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Convenient location."

"Very clean room. Breakfast good. Immediate response to needs. If you needed anything, they brought it up to you very quickly. Briana was a great waitress in the restaurant located inside hotel."

"The casino was fun and the Chinese restaurant was great. The drinks in the casino were priced great. The Chinese restaurant was pricey. On the down side there was a shortage of staff available to pick up trash in the elevators and in the parking garage. Why folks tossed trash on the ground is another subject. It was shocking that there was no housekeeping in the room, especially given the cost of the room. We had to call the front desk to get more towels and to get more coffee/creamers!"
