"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was a major concern from the start. The bathroom did not appear properly cleaned; the toilet had rust stains, and the bathtub also looked stained to the point that I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. The ice bucket in the room was also visibly dirty and stained. There were several inconveniences during our stay as well. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go to another floor just to get ice. The hotel only had one washing machine and one dryer available for all guests, and both required quarters. Unfortunately, there was no coin changer on-site, and the front desk simply suggested going to a laundromat down the street. I ended up doing just that to get quarters, only to later find out from another guest that the dryer was not working either. There was no out-of-order sign posted, which resulted in me having a full load of wet clothes with no way to dry them. I ended up hanging clothes around the room and even using a hair dryer to dry some items. As a woman traveling with my family, I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel again at 9 PM to find another laundromat, especially in an unfamiliar area with road construction and difficult driving conditions. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing stay. Additionally, the pool area did not have enough clean towels available, which was another inconvenience."

"The way the villas are placed you have a feeling of being in the mountains. It was very quiet and peaceful. The spaciousness of the villa was really nice. The only thing that needs improvement would be to put in a bigger bed. The bed was small and mattress the mattress sank in the middle. But that did not keep us from having a lovely stay."

"The rooms was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the property backed up to a wooded area so you didn't have to deal with noise and glaring neon signs. I stayed for three nights and the problems listed below didn't occur until the third day and I didn't register a complaint with the management because I didn't want to have to repack everything to move to another room for the last night. One problem was the AC was cooling but I had to keep turning the thermostat down because it was not cooling efficiently. Another problem was the microwave was not working. I didn't report it because I didn't try using it until the last nighr. Lastly, the toilet had to be repeatedly flushed each time because the water would spin around in the bowl, but not drain the waste. I did report that and was told it would be taken care of."
