"The chateau is a beautiful, charming and quiet place to stay. Keep in mind you are living back in time so it’s a little different but it’s a wonderful experience to stay there. "The staff was soo friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing and the AC is always a plus. The only thing I think should be different is allowing guest to eat their “outside food” in the shared spaces. The restaurant menu at this Citizen M is not anything crazy or innovative, they should allow people to eat in shared spaces. Citizens M rooms are already so tiny and not allowing guest to eat where they want is a bit odd. Most guest are not from Paris and there for want to try other food. Citizen M hotels in America don’t have that rule so it kind of shocked me. Other than that all was great."

"The property was clean, and the location was perfect—close to the La Défense metro station and a safe 1–2 AM walk from the metro to the hotel. Directly in front, there was a nice grocery store that supplied everything we needed for our stay. We booked two units two to three months in advance, so it surprised me that they were unable to allocate them on the same floor or side by side. If you have a similar setup, I recommend calling them ahead of time to confirm your preferences. Although our unit included a kitchenette, no paper towels were provided, and the stove in one of the units was not working. As for the front desk, some staff members were very helpful, while others seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. Overall, everything else was good, and I would recommend considering this place for your stay in Paris."
