"Arrived and expected the accessible room I had booked. When I tried to check in, I found that the accessible rooms were on an upper floor and the elevator was broken. We had no way to get upstairs. I asked for any available ground floor room and was told there were none available. I said. Went would take any ground floor room but was told none was available. The woman at the desk was not friendly or accommodating. I get it, she’s been dealing with unhappy travelers since the elevator broke. I asked her to cancel my reservation which she did. She then made a comment that if I had not booked through Expedia they would have a way to contact me. We left and stayed right next door in the last accessible room on the ground floor"
"Too expensive for this hotel. Appeared to have some mold in bathroom, restroom door know broken, pump bottle in shower had been pulled loose from wall and not fixed before my arrival. No umbrellas pool side. I liked the anytime coffee, free breakfast, and room location."
"Cheapest of the cheap. We started in RM107, the door on Saturday afternoon swollen in a manner (due to the humidity) that we couldn't close it securely, had to move rooms to RM121. Now both rooms' doors are in need of proper maintenance, you know about RM107, but RM121 there was a screw missing on the plate for the door latch/dead bolt. Both rooms we stayed in didn't have all the towels and toilet paper ready. Both rooms' TV's are about to burn out (blue tinge always present in the left side to the middle of the screen). Both room blinds were in very poor shape, yes they worked but was not easy to open/close. Shower in RM121 has mold growth on the very bottom of the shower floor on the nozzle/knob wall. We will not be staying there in the future.
Note: The staff was great, very helpful and professional."
"The room was extremely dirty. Hand prints on the mirrors. Bugs in the room. Some sort of unidentified goo on the door and walls. Someone actually ripped off the buttons on the phone. Moved the mattress to plug in a charger, all kinds of hair and other crusty stuff against the wall and box spring… and then the outlet didn’t even work. Mold growing around the refrigerator and the smell of weed filled the room. My daughter was scared and my wife was horrified."
