"Clean room and extremely friendly, and helpful staff."

"Staff was not so welcoming at reception on 31 December and 1 January. "

"Le lit n’était pas propre. Il y’avait plein de cheveux d’autres personnes sur les draps. C’était dégoûtant."

"The room had 3 issues: 1. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"Clean well furnished and equipped chalet. Dog friendly at an extra charge. Kitchen well equipped but note that there isn't a conventional oven. Microwave and electric hob. Lovely setting. Bar / bistro. Nearest shop about 4km. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Who doesn’t want to stop in a castle? Really nice rooms, great parking (after 6pm you can park inside the castle) especially if your on a motorcycle "
