"Literally, walking in the door, we saw how fresh and clean the hotel was from floor to ceiling. From our first encounter with the front desk staff, we were greeted with a welcoming smile and kindness. We were given our room keys and informed of the complimentary breakfast and about the options for lunch and dinner at the bar as well as the hours each meal was available. Upon entering the elevator and then the hallway to our room, we smelled no mold or musty carpet, only the fresh scent of cleaning products. Our room was crispy clean and freshly prepared by the super warm and friendly housekeeping staff. We shared a laugh with them and thanked them for their service. I also met a gentleman cleaning the bathroom in the first floor reception area and I apologized for interrupting his work. He apologized to me and told me he would wait to finish his work until I was done using the facilities. I thanked him with a handshake and he warmly replied, "My pleasure. Enjoy your time here." I would definitely recommend this hotel that is set at the highest point on a hill, overlooking a good portion of Augusta, a quaint, quiet and comfortable town, out of the way from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff was phenomenal and the complimentary breakfast was superb, with Sherry at the helm. We had fresh-cooked scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal with milk, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, pancakes, waffles, home fries and more. 5-star in our book for a very affordable price!"

"A huge shout out to Deleta and Deborah! I can in from a storm and Deleta knew who I was, welcomed me and let me know everything I needed to know to get comfortable Deborah is an amazing cook! I have never had over hard eggs so perfect or ever in a hotel breakfast. She said good morning, asked how I was doing. She is a ray of sunshine and a blessing to everyone. I will be back if ever I am through Georgia again. Love me some Deleta and Deborah! "

"It was a very nice property. I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. If I could change anything it would be the size of the parking spaces in the parking garage, but that's just me looking for something to improve. It was an overall great experience. I will stay here again for my next work trip!"
