"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "An extra $100 was deducted from my account besides the $100 already removed upon check-in for incidentals fees. According to front desk "it's the system that automatically does it", so i told them so it's $200 for incidental fees. They said no because as soon as you check out the $100 go back to your account. Then what about the other $100 which are still pending to be returned or deposited back to me."

"We arrived early and intended to just leave our bags there while we did other things, but were able to check into our room. The room was sparkling clean and the beds comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and got one immediately. Our tv didn't work and were offered to move to another room. We were only there for 2 nights so decided to stay in the room. We were told someone came in to fix the tv. but could tell they never really did. Management and rest of staff went above and beyond to make us happy in that regard. Though we didn't use them, there's a nice indoor pool and exercise room. Breakfast was plentiful with hot foods (not just packaged pastries), but not that tasty. Pancake maker was out of service but they provided premade pancakes, though they were tough. All in all it was much better than most every other hotel! Yusef was a standout staff member!"
