"This Drury hotel in Columbia was fantastic. I am amazed that they are able to provide a morning breakfast buffet, as well as a dinner buffet style in the evening all included in a VERY reasonable rate. Their indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for when it rained a bit during g our stay. We were still able to swim. The hot tub was spacious. My husband enjoyed the weight room. We didn’t mind the pets as they were all well mannered (dogs/pet friendly hotel). It was very clean and the lobby was perfect for me to teach an online class in peace and quiet. We stayed 3 nights and had room cleaning service to straighten up and replenish towels. Bobbie Jean and Cassidy were very helpful at the front desk…very friendly and knowledgeable. Mehrette was part of their cleaning service and kept the restrooms clean and pool towels filled. She was exceptionally kind. I was able to get an extra blanket from the front desk without any problems (it was late in the evening). There is a market right next door for odds and ends as needed. No problems with the community surrounding either. Close to many businesses/food/stores. I highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, good rates, food availability, and amenities. "

"Cleanest hotel I e stayed at in 3-4 years! Actually walked across carpeting room barefooted and my feet were still clean! Entire hotel was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Actual sausage gravy, and was not a mix! Wil definitely stay again, and recommend to all my friends visiting this area. Staff was very pleasant, and even had a24 hour coffee bar with Lattee, coffees, mocha, and even hot cocoa! Big hit! Will be back! We have found our new go-to hotel in Columbia for hospital visits several times a year! Thank you Best Western Plus! "

"I stay here often when I come to Columbia for doctor appointments or medical tests. It's quiet and safe. It's also near Wal-Mart and several eateries which is also convenient. "

"Love staying here, however we had thermostat problems. The thermostat didn't respond to me but the front desk was able to set at 70 degrees for me. Came back from dinner to a room at 65 degrees."
