I had a accessible room to me there could be some changes made for that type of room..low toilet no walk in shower a bench if I wasn't able to stand I couldn't reach shower up high if I sit down the water doesn't reach where I'm sitting. There's no microwaves in the room. Other than that my TV, stop working my phone wasn't working..I had to wait.Ubtil the next day to get them fix. But night Manger was very polite and professional. He assured me that it would be fix in the Am the next day. And it was he sent maintenance they came his name was Eric he was very nice.took care of everything. But overall staff was wonderful and always smiling and pleasant. And always willing to accommodate you in everyway. And the atmosphere is very welcoming and nice.
