The property and the rooms need major renovations. The room we we're given was dirty and old. I am requesting a refund from Expedia and Econolodge. We left and stayed elsewhere.

An inexpensive hotel for travel. The staff were great and responsive. The hotel is old and needs work but was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room lacked amenities and I needed to ask for soap and towels (which the staff promptly provided).

Book another hotel.

A 2 star hotel, not clean on the floor, floor cracked, ceiling patch painted and tv didn't work. It wasn't worth the price per night.

I chose this hotel for price and proximity to Hershey Park. In those respects, it met my mark. The hotel looks nicer on the inside than outside, and the service was good. The room didn't have enough towels, and whatever they clean the floor with makes it too slick - I had to put down towels for traction. But the beds were fine and we slept well. Breakfast was grab and go continental - packaged oatmeal, yogurt, and bagel with cream cheese.

Easy check in & check out. Clean. Quiet. Easy & close parking. Only seen one staff member but he was nice & efficient. Don't go for the breakfast...they have options for quick bite which was appreciated but not the conventional continental breakfast. No elevator so if you can't do stairs keep this in mind.

Key card didn't work, had to have them change the key several times and even after it "worked" it took at least 20 swipes to get the door open. There was a metal piece ofnrhe bedframe sticking out that I cut and bruised my ankle on. Sick handle missing for hot, light above aink didn't work. There was zero toilet paper, no facial tissue and not even 1 garbage can in the room when we got there. Only 1 hand towel, no shower towels ar all. We had to ask for all rhee things that should have already been there. I also found someone else's prescription medication the next morning on the chair when I pulled it out. The beds were rock hard, very uncomfortable and room room was very beat up with scufs and divits in the walls, old lighting, outdated and not very clean. They offered me a soda ans chips to make it better". I won't be back here ever again.

Econo Lodge North Harrisburg advertises as Pet Friendly, however at check in I informed them that my service dog was with me. They demanded that I show them a “tag” proving he was a service dog. I informed them that it was a violation of the ADA to request any proof or identification, there is none. I informed them that they should know this. They would not check me. There were no other cars in the parking lot outside the hotel. There was a vegetable garden with a large collection of different junker lawn mowers adjacent to the front entrance. Expedia kindly refunded my money after I reported the ADA issue.

The room smelled like stale smoke. The air conditioner barely blew out air (thank God it wasnt a super hot day) + the fan in the bathroom was super loud and made clunking noises. Other than that, it did the trick. We wer only there for roughly 5 hours.
