I actually booked this hotel due them having an indoor pool, and the location near HersheyPark. The staff was helpful, the accommodations wasn’t on the better side. It’s a small family ran hotel. They did have a breakfast in which the family enjoyed.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and nice. The first room I was given, the tv was broken. He quickly found me another room and was very helpful. The shower had hair in it, but over all the room was clean and very comfortable.

Warm welcome then disappeared leaving desk unstaffed. This was not a problem but was unusual. Property seems new and unfinished. Our room door was not secure. The doorframe “box” where deadbolt enters was missing. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection normal. Unfortunately eggs and meats were cold. Never saw the staff to ask.

When arriving there was nobody at the front desk. We had three rooms. In one room the shower was really gross and the bathroom did not smelled like cigarette smoke and the window was left open. In our second room the toilet would not flush. The last room the toilet also would not flush. The room smelled like sewer, and the shower door fell off the rail. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Staff was scarce. The pool was not open due to a filter issue, which should have been communicated to us when we were booking. The room was not cleaned in between nights. And there was a drawer full of food in our room that wasn't ours. Not a great experience.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Rashanda at the front desk was an absolute delight. The breakfast selections were better than average. I would recommend this property to others in the area.
