Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson
6/10 Okay
"This place was really nice. I had no complaints about the room. It was amazing. What was so disappointing is booking with a resort with no amenities or food services. It’s really a glorified hotel. "
"From beginning to end staff was very accommodating with great hospitality. The room was perfect it was clean location was awesome no complaints which is why I come here every time I come to Branson."
"Convenience is strong at the location affordable is strong for larger families pool is cute parking easy location easy nice environment relaxing friendliness I had to work for from front desk when approaching the front desk to check in I stood there for aboit 3 to 4 minutes with one other guests and the lady with glasses making a drink I eventually after 3 minutes of not interaction said hello and asked if we check in at this location she finally spoke! Phone reservations is something I will FOREVER avoid if i book with this hotel! "
"Our room was clean and well appointed. A full kitchen was available for our use along with cooking and eating utensils. A washer, dryer and dishwasher as well as some cleaning supplies were also at hand. The bed was quite comfy. The room was also supplied with extra blanket and pillows as well. The resort amenities and activities were plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk welcomed us to the resort and had things ready when we arrived. She stated, and I believe her, that she saw us arrive and began the check in process. I was impressed!
The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The were only a few drawbacks, other than having to leave the resort. Getting onto the property was a bit challenging. The property is situated inside a gated community along with condos and private homes. There are separate gates for guests and residence. The kiosk at the entrance was a little bit of a hassle, but, once figured out, not too bad. The signage was limited to the head of the road right off the main road. No other signs were noted until arriving at the Westgate resort. Just stay on the road and no turning on side streets. The other drawback is the distance required to find a restaurant. But, if you bring your own, just stock the fridge. One more thing… the sofa bed. Our young one slept on it. After making the bed, I tried it. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ok for kids I guess. We would stay here again"
"The room was beautiful, neat and in excellent condition. I got what I paid for and will stay there again if I ever visit Branson again.
The staff I met were helpful. My kids enjoyed their stay. I have no complaints."
"We stayed in the room with the bunk beds, the middle ladder is so wide it makes it a struggle to get into the lower beds. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. Very stiff. It didn’t bother me but if you were older the height of the step into the shower is larger than normal. We checked out a day early. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, have cash for water the vending machines don’t take card that sells water. The neighborhood seemed very friendly and quiet."
"I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful. The staff was attentive and quick when we needed more towels and trash bags. It is a little outdated, but I noticed that most of the places we went to were pretty outdated. The check in was in a different area, which was ok but the traffic going across 76 was hard to go through. Overall I'd recommend this place to anybody. "
