"Our stay for a family of 4 was good. The room met all expectations. The building is good too with a guest lounge area and a guest balcony that has a nice view uptown. The area is fairly handy as well, close to two different subway lines. I found all the street vendors a bit much myself along Canal St to the east of the building so we usually took the Blue lines ACE which is to the west of the building. This was you don't have to walk along Canal St. Also connects fast and well to Brooklyn if are headed that way during your stay. There is a aldi and lidl and others in brooklyn if you need groceries. Groceries in Manhattan are very expensive. In general great hotel if you can get a good price."

"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"Very cool hotel. Location was amazing to the subway. Incredible views. The room was a little dusty so not super clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The dining seemed really great but the service was not amazing. But it was new years and busy. The elevator situation took a while because only 2 were in function so took a long time to go up and down. Overall, cool hotel and we would stay here again. "

"Friendly front desk. Coffee station a plus. Lovely roof deak. The $0 pet policy is a rare find, and the reason we'll be back! Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part. For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again. "
