They charge last moment lodging seekers high rate, and do not reserve room for online bookings at agreed upon price. this allows them to inflate charges for lodging seekers."

Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all.
