"Loved this place. Breakfast was top notch. Made to order egg scrambles an extra. Coffee bar with all the extras. This place was clean, staff personable, and they had those little extras for families. It was a beautiful hotel."
"Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Smith Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"As a woman traveling alone this was a very safe feeling hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Bed and bedding were very nice. Could hear the neighbors but I am used to apartments so it wasn’t too bad."
"The room was clean, but bathtub had gray grout or concrete on it from tub repair!!?? We got in late and didn’t request a room change, planned only to shower and it was fine, but initial thought was, WTH. The beds are hard, not comfortable. Breakfast had options, but bacon was paper thin and floppy, and it was probably turkey sausage links, very light colored and didn’t look cooked so I microwaved them. The rest was fine: my friend said the coffee was good, juices, toast, bagels, muffins, waffle makers, cheese omelettes, and something new, a yogurt machine to make a parfait! Sausage and gravy daily which was the right thickness and good! Lots of choices, we didn’t go hungry.
The rating is based on the bed comfort and disrepair of the bathtub. Would give a 4star for BF which was refilled often, and 5star for location and staff!! Details and comfort are most important to me. A few fixes and it would get a higher rating from me!"
