We had reservations but decided not to stay. There is a large sign in the parking lot but no signs on the building. The lobby area looked like it was an abandoned building with a motel behind it. The outside of the inn looked like it was for long term rentals. There was stuff in front of many rooms including a shopping cart by one of them. It looked sketchy so we decided to stay elsewhere.

The hallways were flithy, need new flooring and very smelly. The bed was clean but the carpet in the room old and smelly. The bathroom had been updated but the tissue roll holder was broken. Both exterior doors were severely cracked and the one we used didn’t shut securely.

I didnt stay. It was very dirty and smelled. There was damage in the room as soon as i opened the door that i noticed. I immediately returned to the front desk and returned my key. I didn't feel safe.

I don’t want to be mean but I couldn’t stay here . I left after seeing the place . First the place looks abandoned or at least closed . But I entered the clerk was nice enough so I went to the room and it was clean . But smelled like very bad mold . There was people hanging in the hall bad vibe like they would rob me . Guys working on cars in parking lot. Was afraid my car would get stolen. Glass door all shattered. They did offer me a different room but it is really bad.i didn’t care I had to pay for the night . I knew I would get no sleep there

This motel has seen much better days. Mold or rust on bathroom walls. No amenities in the room. Stale cigarette odor even permiated the no- smoking room. Parking area was mostly unlighted. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Do your users a favor and do not offer it as an option to stay near Bradley International Airport.

The door to the entryway to our room was unlocked so anyone could walk in. There was liter all over outside and a crack pipe was on the sidewalk to the room. It was dirty and shabby inside. The TV had red streaks all through it. It felt so unsafe, we left after an hour. They wouldn't give us a refund, said we had to get it through you. You just passed the buck and said we had to get it through them.

The entire hotel smells like cat urine. The floors and walls in the lobby, hallways, and stairwells are not swept or cleaned. The latch on the room door was broken off. The toilet was hanging off of the wall and the toilet seat was disgusting. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. The mirrors were covered in fingerprints. The metal surfaces in the bathroom were rusted. The showerhead was discolored and dirty. The second we arrived, the putrid smell induced vomitting sensations. We left after five minutes and I am waiting on my refund. Someone get a health inspector down there ASAP.
