Went for a wedding and was stranded at the venue from the hotel! It wasn’t until I threatened them with a lawsuit and amazingly they found a way to get back to the venue but that was after I spent $40 on an Uber. The hotel was nice but extremely noisy with the highway right next door. If you build a hotel next to a highway you should sound proof your property!!

I always thought the Marriott was a luxurious hotel. For the price the room was small, the bathroom was unsafe, the lock on the door didn't work and outrageous prices for a bottle of water. I will never recommend them and certainly will never stay there again.

The door to my room was loose, when pushing on the door from the outside it would move enough for someone to easily break in. The toilet seat did not stay up. The walls in the bathroom were disgusting. One elevator was out of service and the other was on its way out, every time I was in the elevator another guest would point it out as well. For a fairly new property this place looks sad. I’ll stick to the Hilton across the street going forward.

Clean and convenient. Bathroom design for taking showers was puzzling. Don't get the concept of a half glass door where it let water from shower spill out onto the bathroom floor.

The cleaning staff very early in the morning are cleaning multiple rooms at once very early in the morning and either slamming the doors shut or allowing them to slam shut. You can hear everything.

its so hard to comment these hotels during covid nothing in the hotel is open. the pool you have to make a time,the gym make a time. no breakfast if there is a bar its closed. its just really a place to sleep.

The staff from housecleaning to bartender were very friendly and personable. The rooms were newer and modern looking. That being said for someone staying longer than a day more drawers for clothes would be nice. I hardly heard our neighbors but the windows are paper thin so you hear the road noise clearly (highway and local). If you enjoy sushi go to Sweet Mango. It’s much better than the place next door to the hotel. Although there is no pool that is actually a plus. When we stayed across the street we found the locals would stay overnight to bring their kids which brought more noise to the rooms. Overall a nice place and I would return

I don't see anything unique about that place. That place is definetly for people who stays 1 night ir two. We needed to stay 12 nights and i would not recommend that place fir longer stay. Front desk does not answears phone calls. Room is very noisy. You can hear cars passing from both sides from I84 and West St. My bill had extra $24 for internet and $24 for wine from bar. That was adjusted because internet was free and we did not order any wine. I would not choose that place for my next visit.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff was bad. I requested early check in, I called the night before as instructed . When I got there the room wasn’t ready. I was told that the housekeeping is cleaning our room which was room 134. I asked the front desk if there’s another suite room available and was told that only room 134 was available. The room will be available at 4pm. We had a wedding to attend to at 4:30 pm. The venue was about 25 mins away. I went back to the front desk at 4pm to check in. Guess what?? I was given a different suite, room 132. That lady in the front desk lied to me. Room 132 was available the whole time and she didn’t even bother giving it to me earlier. I asked for the manager and she told me that she is also the manager. Unbelievable! I’m not sure if she’s really the manager. They shouldn’t hire those kind of people in that hotel.. very rude and unprofessional. I will take a chance in the hotel across them, Homewood by Hilton next time. They have better rate and good breakfast included. I will never go back to that courtyard ever again.
