We arrived at Homewood Suites after a long travel and play day at Six Flags. The suite was perfect for our family of six, everything was very comfortable (we added an extra blanket on the pull out couch to make it softer). And we enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning before we left. We were impressed with how clean the grounds and room were, and the little extras they offer which would be especially useful if you were staying a few days. We would for sure stay again if visiting the area, my sons loved that there was a basketball area by the pool. We loved the convenience of being able to pull up to your room. Very comfortable stay at a Great price. My only concern was the steep $250 hold (which was more than we paid to stay there), but not a deterrent for what you get.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked into the room. The air conditioning was already on, so the room was nice and cool, and everything was extremely clean. The room looked new, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. It was also very comfortable and cozy, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was clean and well taken care of, and having a pool was a great bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. breakfast wasn’t the best ever but it was good with various options both hot and cold. we did book this trip specifically for the outdoor pool and loungers to have a relaxing day by the pool to tan only to find that the photos online of the pool with lounge chairs are non existent. staff confirmed the photos online don’t match the furniture they actually have which was a let down as that was a selling point for us. that was the only negative part of our stay however as room was clean and staff were friendly.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The front desk were friendly and helpful. I had to walk across to the hotel in front to purchase laundry detergent because they were out. The laundry room is not connected to the main building. They will ask that you enter through the gym but you can only access it from outside. The breakfast food was cold and not many options.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Only issues was I was on bottom floor across from the hotel lobby. Music played from their speakers (not super loud) and you could hear it all night in my bedroom. Also had a couple of beetles in bathroom. But it was raining and I was on bottom floor. Overall stay was good and 5 mins from Bradley airport.

Room was clean and layout was just what we needed. BUT…. The sofa had red marker or nail polish stains on it and the pull out was broken. We made it work so it was no big deal but when I called front desk no one answered. I wasn’t calling for any reason other than to let them know. We didn’t need a change of room. I also left a message via the Expedia app and no one responded. Plan to eat out the breakfast was horrible. It consisted of mini muffins, watery eggs, red sausage, pulled chicken, and cold cereal. No juice. Over all it was ok. Don’t know that I would stay there again other than it’s a good value for the money.
