"WiFi wasn’t working for entire stay. Staff member told me it had been down and would be fixed in 2 hours but wasn’t. Room was freezing, heating didn’t work. Staff brought me an electric heater but this struggled to warm the room. Sheets were coarse and uncomfortable. Room was extremely noisy. Made 2 noise complaints about a neighbouring room. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
