"Great location if you are visiting the university or want to be close to the beach. Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. Had no complaints at all. However, if you're not from Dover they do have a unique quirk. Apparently to avoid accidents with Fire and Rescue they use air raid sirens to alert the town. So don't be too surprised if you hear them go off once in a while. "
