"I didn’t use the hot tub. I took a shower and it was very difficult to do in this large tub. The water was lukewarm and would not warm up. The doors automatically slam loudly when you exit or enter your room so there were doors slamming up into the morning which made it hard to get any sleep. The breakfast was okay the first morning but much better the next morning. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very large with a mini kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and very accommodating. "

"Great room and wonderful breakfast."

"Only 1 guy working when we checked in & after we got to the room the tv remote or tv wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t change any channel, couldn’t access the tv guide, called front desk & the guy said he’d be up to look at it after he checked some people in - never showed. LOTS of kids in the motel that night so the hallways were Loud till after 10pm & heard kids in hallway as early as 7am. Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was dirt & crumbs on floor. Breakfast was average, we had to wipe our own table as it was dirty, no knives or napkins available. Front desk lady came over to mop some spilled coffee & 1 in my party asked for bread, napkins & knives to be restocked & she took care of it. Then told us her breakfast person didn’t show that morning, so this lady was working the front desk, the breakfast area & I saw her doing laundry! Definitely need more staff & to maintain the noise level in the hallways late at night & early morning; needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep after spending 13hrs driving that day."
