"Staff is great. Hot-tub WAY too hot. And every time I stay there, the pool heater is broken and no one uses it, because it is ice cold. Also they have a happy hour Mon-Wed with wine beer and food at no cost. I am sober and asked if they have any lemon tea. The little snotty girl with the Niki headband said I could go buy one in the restaurant/bar area. I told her about their free happy hour and because I am sober and do not drink I have to pay for a tea bag. THAT IS JUST NOT OKAY. I was there for 5 days and didn't even ask for my room to be tidied. The little brat needs to grow up and stop having attitude."
