"I liked the location of the property. Parking was convenient and the lot was guarded. The lighting on the property and around the property was excellent. The staff was professional and attentive. The room was large and beds were comfortable. The pool was not available. There was no continental breakfast or donuts.
There was a lot of noise after midnight until about five a.m."
"The convenience was great for a medical appointment staying so close to hospital. The hallways and our room floor had white carpet freshener sprinkled all over for the two days that we were there. Never vacuumed (but smelled nice) and our room and bathroom were not very clean. Free cookie was delicious but there was no coffee unless we purchased breakfast. And now I’m grumpy cause I haven’t had my caffeine."

"The place looks nice but I believe there is poor management, we had to put a deposit down like all rooms but still haven’t received it back.
When we walked up to our room it was open like they weren’t done cleaning. We didn’t have a comforter just a sheet on the bed, when asked about getting one the guy said well they probably ran out. Ok why do you not have enough comforters for each room or take one from a room that wasn’t being used. anyway we headed out to get dinner came back and asked the lady this time about a comforter and she said she would check the dryer with no luck she handed 4more sheets to cover with. The air conditioner didn’t work either! Not a comfortable stay at all. A Few towels were stained as well. When checking out there were 3 staff standing behind the counter not 1said a word as we handed over the keys! Over all just either a crappy night or they need to do a clean out on staff. The lady who gave us the sheets was very apologetic."
"I have stayed here many times throughout the years. The location is convenient for what we like to do in the city. The hotel rooms are starting to get a little run down. The carpets are dirty and in poor repair, outlets don't work, shower doors off kilter etc. The room was marginally clean. All in all it wasn't much different than last time we stayed. The area around the hotel is getting less and less safe as the years go by. HEAVY police presence both Friday and Saturday night we were there. Hotel security and cops had their hands full keeping the groups of roving youths under control. We almost hit a teenage girl Saturday night randomly walking in the parking area. The hotel itself seemed to be having trouble keeping this under control. We saw two police foot chases in the 48 hours we were there. Keep this in mind if you like to wander around in the Loop."
"So very sad to say this, my sons and I lived in Drurys all over Missouri off and on for years while we looked for a home to live in. Have not been back in a long time because we found a home in Branson. When we checked in lastvweek, the female staff was amazing...incredible and so sweet. We went to an event and when we got back we were locked out of our rooms. Went down to the desk, and the young boy down there definitely did not want to be working... would not look me in the eye, couldn't really explain anything. He called his manager on his phone. They apparently accused us of having a dog in our room. For one thing the Drury is a dog Hotel. I know that because we lived there with dogs for years. But to accuse us of having one right then and there and locking us out of our rooms was bizarre. A few days later I realized that they put some kind of charge on my account for having a pet. Even though I cleared this up with that young boy that wouldn't make eye contact. Long story short extremely disappointed in the Drury. This never would have happened in the past. Very sad to see it go downhill like this..."
