We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". "Very nice and clean place to stay. Easy transport links with the airport shuttle to help going into Vienna directly. High-speed WiFi also helped with work I needed to complete over the weekend. Big thanks to both Patrik and Marek, who were incredibly helpful when I checked in and were very personable and a joy to deal with. I’ll be staying here again when I come back to Austria"
