"Es gab keine Info zum Einchecken, obwohl ich online eingecheckt habe. Ich konnte nicht ins Hotel reinkommen, weil ich keinen Schlüssel bekommen habe. Weder per Mail noch per Telefon konnte ich nicht kontaktieren. So musste ich woanders erneut Zimmer finden. "

"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our...
