During checking in, it was smooth as per Randy the general sales manager who personally assist us, he was knowledgeable and experienced.
The place was nice and clean, we stayed in first floor that is okay but the second floor tenant was disturbing, marching hard and first night there is a family fighting like yelling. They really need a serious renovation with a good sound proof and new furniture. The place is old but still can gave a shelter to transient people or family for a short stay.
Can be recommended, YES, it is very closed to all amenities - walking distance to two mall's and traders Joe and the hotel is along the highway. They have a good parking lot and great staff's. They have a pool but cannot be used, hopefully next time can be use. Randy said there is a plan for renovations that is good asset to the place, hoping they banned to smoke a marijuana in the place, some tenants didn't follow the rules that NO SMOKING IN FRONT OF ROOM but some still smoking. Hoping they will have 24 hours people walking around the facility. Plus hoping they will upgrade their card keys.
Overall, we have stayed smooth although there is some floss but it is okay.
