Relaxing stay.

We were warmly greeted by Jason and shown to our room. We stayed in the Yellow Room. It was comfy and had a beautiful roll top bath. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Our cooked breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly. The gardens are beautiful with a sea view.

Property was nice with big rooms with very nice en-suite bathrooms. The owner Jason is very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful full English breakfast in the morning before you depart the hotel. We fully enjoyed our stay.

An absolutely stunning B&B. A beautiful property with a wonderful garden, the warmest of welcomes from Jason, numerous extra touches and an exceptional breakfast. Just delightful.

A beautiful property where we were met with a friendly smile. Some really nice little touches like proper fresh milk etc and nothing was too much trouble. There is limited off road parking but there are only 4 rooms. Be aware that access to the car parking is tight if in a large car and tricky if in a low car like us! It grounded out easily but there is free on road parking too.

Plenty of Character

Jason, the host was very welcoming with his smile. We had the Blue Room which looked out over the garden, the valley and sea view. It was spacious, King size bed. The furniture within was in keeping with the building. The en-suite however was modern with a double walk in shower, wash basin in a vanity unit which was handy for storing personal care products. plenty of tea & coffee with fresh milk available from the galley (a room off the landing). Each night in the communal lounge from 8 pm hot chocolate and marshmallows are available to all guests. Breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel with local home grown produce, bacon and sausage from a local award winning butcher and free range eggs cooked to your preference. We will return to Hastings hopefully in the summer and the White House will be our first place to book our accommodation. I have stayed in many hotels, B & B's and motels, some old, some new and modern. The White House has plenty of character unlike some I have stayed in.

Absolutely superb. Could not fault it. Breakfast was amazing. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a proper cooked English breakfast. What more could anyone want??

Nice romantic getaway in Hastings

Nice hotel for a romantic getaway, conveniently located within walking distance to the center of Hastings. We felt very welcome, enjoyed the garden and the view over Hastings, as well as the little extras (warm chocolate with marshmallows in the evening!). Also very good breakfast with a broad range of choices.
