"This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. "Room was ok, keep an eye on your clothes because the weather difference between the exterior and the air-conditioning in the interior can generate condensation, therefore the ceiling can "sweat" down to the floor and stain your clothes if around.
