"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"I enjoyed my stay here with my family for my birthday week. Majority of the property was clean with the exception of the fridge which was potentially missed. The microwave was experiencing issues as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared with more populated areas such as San Juan. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and am clarifying my rating as a 4.1/5.0 and would recommend to others visiting the Isabela, PR area. Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. "The staff were very nice. The place was clean and the parking was convenient. My room had a very small window you would expect to find on a cruise ship. Not really a big deal since I was only sleeping in the room. The rooms are big and clean. They do have a very nice large pool area. In closing it just makes 4 stars mostly because of the staff and the fact that it is a good value. I would stay there again if I am in that area. "
