"Honestly this was a great resort, clean, the staff was helpful and attentive. the food was decent. I actually preferred the buffet to the sit-down restaurants but they are worth trying for the ambiance. The beach is as beautiful or better than the photos. I was skeptical because there were a few negative reviews but I am happy to report they were not accurate probably folks who had an issue and it overshadowed the whole experience. I do have to say that if you are looking for a Punta Cana style resort with activities and animators this place is not for you. This was great to relax enjoy the meals and the beach. There were definitely families there but it was mostly adults and lots of partying for young people which I guess might annoy people if it gets loud but it didn't bother me. The beach I thought is perfect for small children because it was shallow and safe. My only feedback is the beach is very clean but the pool needs to be cleaned more."
