We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa . "Our flight was delayed so we got in late that’s not on them but when we asked if we could stay two hours after checkout they said no or we would have to pay $75 smh the bathroom door didn’t lock or stay closed the pool was out of order the internet was spotty.
