"I booked and paid online with Expedia which of recent has become my favorite. Little did I know Expedia was no longer working with Lagoon Beach Hotel. I got there and I was told this. I had to pay again to have a place to stay. I will therefore request that Expedia to refund the money I paid online. Otherwise it will be considered as a deliberate scam on the part of Expedia. I cannot understand why Expedia suspended their work with Lagoon Beach Hotel and still keep the hotel on their website. This is very deceptive and in my view fraudulent.
