"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"Sehr schönes neuwertiges Appartements mit liebevollen Details in zentraler Lage für alle Unterbehmungen im Schwarzwald. Auch nahe zum Elsass und Straßburg. Herr Schuster hat das Haus in 2024 übernommen und ist für seine Gäste sehr gut erreichbar. Er kümmert sich um jegliche Belange. Noch gibt es ein paar Kinderkrankheiten, aber diese werden sich sicher schnell beseitigen lassen. Wir wünschen viel Erfolg!"

The central staircase is a wonderful feat of engineering and time should be taken to appreciate it both looking down from the top and up to the stained glass window in the ceiling several floors up. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could think of provided and all the staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. Our room overlooked the main road but was very quiet.
