I liked the restaurant that is within walking distance. Less than a min walk. LOVED the quietness. Something I didn’t like was that when my sister was making her bed, a flea was on her pilllow so we left the pillow outside in the balcony chair and let the front desk know. They didn’t do nothing about it but just give us a new pillow case and got an attitude saying “show me the flea show me the flea.” Like, we left the pillow outside of course the flea is gonna leave. But overall, the price was fair and I liked my stay.

Great location, loved the view from the balcony watching Ocracoke Ferry coming and going. Large clean room with full kitchen. Quiet and peaceful easy access to great restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely beach get-away

We had a lovely stay at this little motel. The place was rustic, but that is what we were expecting. The location and nearby beaches were absolutely gorgeous and it was not overcrowded, which made for a lovely trip. We especially want to thank Tanya for her generous hospitality when we arrived.

Perfect fit for my family of 5

We have a family of 5 and there were 3 twin beds and a queen size bed. There was a kitchen with all the essentials to cook. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience.

Nice enough place, great staff, great view

We'll definitely stay here again - owners are still fixing up the place, they told us, and if nothing fancy, it was quite comfortable with a view over the boats in the marina of the open sea - could see the Ocracoke ferries going back and forth in the distance. Convenient location next to Dinky's (our favorite restaurant) and close enough to Sonny's to see how crowded the parking lot was when deciding when to go for breakfast.

Quiet comfortable marina stay

Super helpful staff, called us before time to warn about flooding and road conditions in the area. The harbor has a cute/boutique gift shop. Tons of seagulls and pelicans around here. Beautiful view of the marina from second floor rooms. Anyone planning to visit this area must come prepared.

Staff was excellent, great AC and very clean. Place could use a TV and fan in the bedrooms along with a lock on the door. Other than that the stay was awesome and the sunsets are beautiful. Will definitely be back.
