The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was served as advertised. My sister who stayed with me has a gluten allergy and there were no options for her at breakfast.

The staff kept giving us a handicap room like they didn’t know the hotel rooms or did not care about handicap persons

Warning don’t plan on receiving the late checkout you were offered the option for without being disturbed by house keeping 3 times before normal check out time. We got stuck in a huge storm on the way in that added an extra 2 hours to our already long trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know we would be arriving late. Housekeeping knocked on our door the first time a little before 10:00am. The second time around 11:00 telling us we needed to leave. We were told a late check out was noted and that housekeeping would be able to see it on their system. Either they cannot see it or do not look at it because again at 11:30 they told us we needed to leave. We had been told at check in we had until 12:00.

Everything was great, but two pieces of feedback:
-my room smelled very artificially floral, almost like perfume had been sprayed excessively.
-I had four pillows, but all were very solid, woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Offering soft and firm pillows would be nice.

Our stay was amazing! This hotel is minutes away from shopping, good restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are spacious, queen beds are comfy, the continental breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit, sausage and eggs. I will definitely stay again.
An employee screamed at me for asking if they could check if our room was available for early check in and threatened to cancel my room 3 times. The manager said he would look at giving us an adjustment which didn’t happen. 3rd year staying here is probably the last.

This hotel is a fine place if you just need a place to sleep. The bathrooms could use some updating, if not just some maintenance. There was a half finished patch job over the air conditioner, and the inner curtains were designed not to close all the way which was an interesting choice.
Breakfast was fine but limited. We've stayed here in years past and it feels like the lobby has been kept up well but the rooms have neglected.
The house keeping did a good job and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable enough.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The website said the hotel had a bar and restaurant. They did not have either one. Furniture was falling apart. Rooms were dirty and carpet was torn in places. Checked out a day early because of the conditions

Was not clean. Mold, mold, mold. Frint dest staff did change our room without any trouble but it was only slightly better. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had hot and cold items.
