The gym and pool open late and close early. My room was not cleaned well. The towels in the cubbies were still damp and need to be dried more thoroughly on a hotter temp to kill germs and other things.

Loved my experience at Double Tree! Would’ve given it a five star, but I deducted one point due to the lack of hot water, the next morning, when I got up to shower.

We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised they had an outdoor pool. When we went to go to the pool we were told the new hotel owners had filled in the pool. False advertising. Not happy and will not recommend this hotel ever.

Very nice!

Plus side, they let us check in an hour before the actual check in time so that was great! The room was excellent and very spacious. The beds were a little too firm for me but my kids seemed to enjoy them. The room was also nice and clean. The price was also good as well for our two night stay there.

Good stay and good price. Room set up was good. Room could have been cleaned better wasnt nasty but coukd tell it was a quick clean not the most thorough. Bathoom had some wear and tear coukd be upgraded
