"Most basic of rooms over a restaurant in the town square. No elevator, four floors, steep and narrow winding staircase, nightmare with heavy luggage. No air conditioning, super small tv with only local channels Tight shower with no holder for the shower head. Bed low to floor with well worn mattress. No safety deposit for valuables."

"We were not informed in advance that there would be no reception staff available when we arrived at the property. As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others."

"Room not clean. A/C not working while the weather is extremely hot, the stuff changes a room for us, but the pipes is leaking and water drops from the ceiling, which is annoying. The location is good and the stuff is helpful, but the room is not good"

"The restaurant is excellent my dinner was wonderful and breakfast, well you couldn't really ask for more. It works be remise of me though not to mention the bed bugs. I got severely bitten, while having breakfast, I did notice someone else doing the tell tale arm scratch. They need to treat the mattresses."

"Small rooms for the cost. The Privilege room is the same size as a standard room. The extra cost for a coffee machine and bath robes is not value for money. Hotel.com description stated freshly cooked breakfast, however it was buffet style. Overall the hotel was not value for cost of room."

"In one word Disappointing. Ibis Style are supposed to be the upperhad of the ibis family. I didn’t find anything in this hotel that suggest that. (Or it means the ibis classic is really poor) while the staff was helpful the facility itself is poor The bathroom is clean but need serious refurbishment The room is clean but has zero facilities, no safe, no real place for putting your laptop. Finally the restaurant is a joke, close at 21:30 for a hotel which is clearly designed for business travellers on the road is far to be good enough. The menu is even worth, 3 choice which after tasking them are clearly “already make food”. At that point better to not claim there is a restaurant Overall, will I chose this place or an Ibis style over something else. Clearly no. But if there is nothing else, it is a clean place to stay if you have no expectations"

"This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. As far as staying in Villers, this is a reasonable option for a short stay."
