"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. "The location of the hotel is very convenient for business in Adlershof. The room is spacious and clean, some rooms are facing on the ground floor directly a street with a lot of traffic. Very noisy!! "
