"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "I think the hotel could have been refubished since the photos were taken. The rooms and outdoor areas are nicer than than they look. It in a great location and has lovely views of the river. The assocaited restaurant and beer garden also good but unlike other comments i would say is expensive and staff not quite as freindly. So stay in the hotel have a beer "
