The building was good, on a very nice street. The room was large, and the common area vary accommodating, with a large deck overlooking the city and ocean, used for breakfast and relaxing. Our experienced Havana traveler relative who was staying wit,h friends, thought the accommodations were as good or better than some of the city's luxury hotel rooms she'd seen. We went to two very good restaurants the staff recommended that we're only a block or two away.
The staff was wonderful, always trying to be helpful with our needs and travel advice. The two managers we dealt with spoke perfect English. They did their best to address a problem in our room; we had to wait a day for outside repair, but it wasn't a problem. They gave us complementary mojitos.
Breakfast of eggs, bread or rolls, fresh fruit and a crepe with honey every day was substantial, and they opened up early for us twice to meet tour and flight schedules.
We recommend Casa Lilly to anyone.
