Casa Lilly in Vedado
Stayed 2 nights in Jan 27-29, 2020. Fantastic location in beautiful part of Havana. Clean spacious rooms and service that was second to none. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Carlos and Diver went above and beyond to greet us, help us with plans of where to go, where to eat, what, to see, and how much to pay. They also helped book rides and excursions. Cant say enough. It was Perfect. Thanks! Scott

Hotel just doesn't compare to Casava pn the 11th floor. The service and the cleanliness of the room wasn't what I expected. The breakfast was subpar no cheese and no juice. I was told at 0930 by manager Carlos that they ran out of Pineapple juice which was supposed to be offered with breakfast,luckily one of the cooks heard him tell me and she made more in 3mins. I only stayed because Casavana was booked my firrst two days.

Hi Corry: I'm sorry you had a bad experience at our place. Usually our staff is very attentive as you read in other reviews. We make great customer service a priority. We love people :) Maybe Carlos didn't realize extra pinnaple juice could be expressly made for you at a heart bit. I'm sorry about that, but I'm glad one of the kitchen girls was able to make it right away. I love our neighbours accommodation and we have a great relationship with them but I dont think it is fair to review us using them as a comparison. We have different price points and offers. We are a more affordable option, you paid 3 time less to stay with us. In any case, thank you for your feedback. It's appreciated.

Had a lovely time, property was a bit far from the old Town but it was in a nice and quite location.Alfredo was the best, made our trip so much more enjoyable and better as he gave us plenty of recommendations on sites to visit and places to go.Breakfast was ok, rooms were always nice and clean.

Great stay.
Lovely stay. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very friendly. Alfredo especially was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The only thing I would say is tjat the location is quite a way from old town so factor in taxi costs to and from.

It would have been nice to get some feedback. I'm sorry your group of all males didn't have a good time staying with us. We absolutely do not allow female companions you just met on the street into our property. Besides it is against the law.

The location was great easy to get to Old Havana, get tour bus and good restaurants right around. The staff was excellent especially Alfredo, Davier and Anya who were helpful and friendly and honest. Were able to speak proper English well as Spanish. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to anyone going to Cuba

The beatbox place in havana

La Habana - Family Vacation
Our stay was amazing, Jamie and Alfredo were very courteous and informative. The ladies that did the cleaning and the cooking also were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was generous and modest. Great way to start the day with fresh fruits full of vitamins. Our room was very clean with an amazing view of Vedado and El Malecon. There is few paladares that are within walking distance that really hit the spot if you are looking for real Cuban food. Talk to either Jamie or Alfredo and they will give you tips about how to move around La Habana and what to do and where to go. I will definitely stay here again four our next trip to La Habana. La Habana es La Habana :)

The staff at Casa Lilly were friendly and accomodating. Accomodations were good and breakfast was really good every morning. Anna, Alfredo and Jamie helped us navigate the city and told us to how to find places and great food spots. They treated us like family. I would recommend Casa Lilly if you want a true Cuban experience.

The hospitality at Casa Lilly is top notch. We were treated with the upmost care and provided with so many details and resources to navigate the city and neighboring parts of Cuba. For our five day trip we were placed in the spacious king suite and were treated like QUEENS! Very thankful to Alfredo, Jamie, Anya, Anna and Rodolfo for making our stay at Casa Lilly one that we will always remember. My mom fell in love with the history lessons she got from Alfredo, Anya’s breakfast (best crepes and eggs of any kind in Havana) and Jamie’s piña coladas. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here as everything is easily accessible. We were able to walk to dinner some nights. What an amazing experience! I can’t thank the staff enough! Oh and the view of the city is to die for! Being able to watch the sun rise and set throughout the day was breathtaking.

A Good Choice
The building was good, on a very nice street. The room was large, and the common area vary accommodating, with a large deck overlooking the city and ocean, used for breakfast and relaxing. Our experienced Havana traveler relative who was staying wit,h friends, thought the accommodations were as good or better than some of the city's luxury hotel rooms she'd seen. We went to two very good restaurants the staff recommended that we're only a block or two away. The staff was wonderful, always trying to be helpful with our needs and travel advice. The two managers we dealt with spoke perfect English. They did their best to address a problem in our room; we had to wait a day for outside repair, but it wasn't a problem. They gave us complementary mojitos. Breakfast of eggs, bread or rolls, fresh fruit and a crepe with honey every day was substantial, and they opened up early for us twice to meet tour and flight schedules. We recommend Casa Lilly to anyone.

Nice people in a pleasant area. breakfast was good and the availability of space was good. The walls throughout were all white giving a very clinical feel although this is not unusual in Latin America and Cuba. The accommodation was a converted apartment meaning several people staying at the same time with a shared living room, dining room and balcony (good water view). Wifi was poor

We only got internet in our phones a couple of months ago and we still dont have access from our homes. Hopefully, we will see nation wide changes to that government policy soon.

Location. It's the best in Vedado. Walking distance to my location of interest. Access to taxis and buses. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. The decoration is nice and the view phenomenal.

Friendly and Welcoming
The staff at Casa Lilly are very friendly and welcome you into their home. Alfredo is great for tourist advice and will tell you what you need to see in Havana. This is an Air BnB style accommodation with several large and clean bedrooms spread over 2 floors. The breakfast is simple but filling with a bowl of fruit, eggs cooked how you like with bread, juice and coffee/tea. Wifi is available if you buy the cards you need in Cuba, but it worked intermittently. Vedado is a safe and quiet area, but is only a cheap and short 10 minute taxi ride into central Havana. Locally there are a few restaurants and shops are a little bit further if you need basic items. However I am glad stayed here as it was a comfortable place to be.

Home from home
Wonderful stay at Casa Lilly! Spacious and clean room with lots of natural light. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and lovely balcony to enjoy the sunrise from in the morning. Alfredo and Jamie were really helpful with providing recommendations and answering our questions, and we also witnessed them helping a guest who was having some problems, to the best of their ability over several days. Breakfasts were delicious, no matter which of the casa’s wonderful team members made it. The case is in a great location - walking distance to plenty, and an easy taxi/collectivo to other area. Great place, wonderful view of the city very central and easy to get a around. as well as a few good places to grab a bite near by. host is very good with English. they can help you set up any travel plans for other towns you may visit as well as lots of good info about Havana. clean property, good running shower with good water presser. would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Casa in Vedado with wonderful views
Awesome Casa in Vedado area. I love the neighbourhood. It is newer and cleaner than old Havana yet charming with beautiful architecture and nice trees. Some of the best restaurants and bars are in this area. I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lilly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

Awesome Casa in Vedado neighbourhood with great and friendly staff. I had a large room with a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. It was super quiet and clean. My favourite was having breakfast in the larger wrap around balcony. It consisted of eggs, tropical fruits, freshly squeezed juice, crepes, & coffee. Delicious. After this you can skip lunch. I really wanted to go to the beach while in Cuba and my stay was too short to stay at a beach resort. So one day I went to the beach from Casa Lilly. The beach is 20min from Havana. Alfredo help me find a private driver who took us there in the morning and came back for us at 5pm. It was perfect. Overall a great experience!

I had an awesome experience at Casa Lilly. Everything was super clean and the staff was really friendly. I will remember our breakfasts in the balcony for years to come. Alfredo (the concierge) was really atentive and he spent a great deal of time explaining things to us and giving us tips about what to do and where to go. Vedado is a great neighbourhood to explore Havana from because its more clean and modern with beautiful avenues. Casa Lilly is also in a modern (from the 50s) with 2 new elevators, nice sheets (which I didnt find in other casas in Cuba) and new very quiet A/C. I cant sleep with the old A/C kind. Overall I had a great stay at Casa Lilly and I highly recommend it.

Wow! I LOVED this place! So warm and friendly, the view and food were both amazing and the bed was so soft. Out of all of my time in Cuba this was hands down the favorite place I stayed. I even stayed at a resort in Varadero an it was not even close to the hospitality and comfort I felt here. Highly recommend staying at this place especially if you want an authentic Cuban experience that will put a smile on your face.
